Software and data visualisation

I am keen to increase reproducibility in scientific research by making all my software available online through GitHub. I have lead the development of the Isca modelling framework, but I am also active in developing other software. Most recently, I've been developing an analysis pipeline to analyse GEFS data for use in teaching. I will make this available below once it's finished.

I've also been working on visualising climate-model data using interactive plots using the plotly library. Below I've included some recent examples that were generated using JRA-55 reanalysis data.
